Assistant Infrastruktur & Civil Engineering

About you

• Education: S1 or D3 in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Agriculture (Agricultural Mechanization)

• Work experience: Minimum 1–3 years in construction or palm plantation infrastructure maintenance

• Understanding of plantation road maintenance (main roads, collector roads, production roads), bridges (wood/concrete/steel), culverts, employee housing, offices, and other plantation support facilities

• Proficiency in technical software such as AutoCAD

• Ability to prepare RAB (Budget Plan), calculate material requirements, and oversee heavy equipment operations (excavator, grader, compactor, etc.)

• Willing to be placed at plantation locations (operational sites/remote areas)

• Leadership capability to supervise contractors and field workers
