Assessor Psychologist

Key Responsibilites :
 

• Analyzes the recruitment process performance and prepares the recruitment dashboards

• Conduct recruitment and right placement in company in order to achieve company’s targets

• Keeps the documentation of the recruitment process up to date

• Trains new HR Recruiters

• Analyzes the cost per hire, time to hire and recommends changes and improvements

• Measures the performance of HR Recruiters and provides feedback to them

• Identifies difficult job vacancies and investigates the best recruitment approach for them

• CV screening and approach candidates on job portals

• Conduct Candidate Clinical psychological assessment

Qualifications and Experience :
 

• Master Degree in Clinical Psychology (S2) overseas graduates are welcome

• Minimal 1 years working experience in Recruitment or Talent Management

• Proficient in verbal and written English is a must (TOEFL ITP Min 500)

• Familiar with assessment, psychological testing, interview technique and sourcing strategy

• Recruitment and Job Interviewing Skills

• Analytical Skills

• Communication Skills

• Eager to learn

• Ability to work independently or teamwork in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing work accordingly.

• Able to adapt to changes in the organizational environment
