Assessment Specialist

Job Description

• Conduct and evaluate psychological assessments and skill tests for internal candidates across OT Group.

• Manage and maintain accurate employee assessment records and databases.

• Prepare clear assessment reports to support employee promotion decisions.

• Update promotion tracking data and work closely with the Talent Management team on promotions and internal transfers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, min GPA 3.0

• At least 1 year of experience in psychological testing or talent assessment.

• Skilled in psychological test tools, Behavioral Event Interviewing (BEI), and HRIS platforms.

• Strong analytical ability, detail-oriented, and experienced in report writing.
