About the role

This role involves overseeing and coordinating warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, shipping, and inventory management of goods.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse operations including receiving, storage, shipping, and inventory management

• Manage and train warehouse operator teams to ensure compliance with established operational procedures and policies

• Identify and manage areas for improvement to enhance process efficiency and delivery performance

• Monitor operational performance, analyse data, and prepare reports for senior management

• Coordinate with other functional teams such as procurement, transportation, and customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery

• Implement best practices in warehouse management and workplace safety

About you

• Required: Experience working in Retail Warehouse or Online Shop Warehouse (with many types of goods)

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse management experience in manufacturing, transportation, or logistics industry

• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as barcode scanners

• Comprehensive understanding of warehouse procedures, inventory management, and logistics

• Strong leadership capabilities, including ability to motivate and develop teams

• Good analytical skills to identify and solve operational problems

• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and automation processes
