Art Director

Gaia Digital Agency (GDA) is a digital agency in Ubud, Bali. Most of our clients are hotels, resorts and F&B brands, and we also work with brands in other sectors. Our services include SEM and paid ads, SEO (including AEO/GEO), social media, websites, AI and creative design.

We are looking for an Art Director to lead visual direction across our client brands. This is a full-time role based on-site in our Ubud studio.

What you will do

• Define and protect the visual direction for each client brand

• Guide, mentor and give clear feedback to our designers

• Write creative briefs and review work for social media, ads, websites and campaigns

• Work closely with our social media and ads teams to turn strategy into strong visuals

• Present concepts and creative ideas to clients with confidence

• Make sure every piece of work is on-brand, polished and delivered on time

• Bring fresh ideas on photography, layout, typography and motion

What we are looking for

• Proven experience as an Art Director, Senior Designer or similar creative lead

• Hospitality (hotel/resort) or F&B brand work is strongly preferred

• A strong portfolio showing brand, digital and campaign work (required)

• Experience leading or mentoring designers

• Solid understanding of design for social media, paid ads and websites

• Good English for briefing, feedback and client presentations

• Able to work full-time, on-site in Ubud, Bali
