Area Supervisor

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate performance of each outlet and take corrective actions to improve operational results

• Achieve sales targets for all outlets in the area and execute strategies to increase sales

• Ensure all outlets implement operational SOPs, service standards, sales procedures, and cleanliness according to company standards

• Lead, direct, and motivate Outlet Captain and teams to achieve targets and company standards

• Conduct coaching, provide feedback, and develop leadership capabilities and team performance at each outlet

• Conduct regular outlet visits to check operational conditions, manpower, service quality, and SOP implementation

• Identify problems in the area and ensure corrective actions are taken quickly and effectively

• Analyze sales achievement and outlet performance, prepare reports, and provide recommendations to management

• Ensure service standards and customer experience are applied consistently across all outlets

• Coordinate with various departments to support operational efficiency and achievement of area targets

About you

• Minimum education: S1 preferably in Management, Business, Hospitality, or related field

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as Area Supervisor, Outlet Supervisor, Store Supervisor, or leadership position in Retail, F&B, or FMCG

• Experience managing and monitoring multiple outlets in one area

• Strong leadership and people management capabilities

• Sales target and business achievement oriented

• Able to analyze sales performance and operational performance and determine corrective actions

• Coaching, mentoring, and team development capabilities

• Understanding of and ability to ensure implementation of SOPs and operational standards across all outlets

• Strong problem solving, decision making, and communication skills

• Willing to conduct business trips and regular outlet visits within the area of responsibility

• Able to work independently and collaborate with various divisions

• Proactive, disciplined, responsible, and results-oriented
