About the role
Area Sales Manager position responsible for developing and monitoring sales strategy policies, planning strategies to maximize sales and minimize bad stock, and leading Sales Supervisors in the Indramayu area.
Key responsibilities
Develop and monitor sales strategy policies
Create and plan strategies to maximize sales and minimize bad stock
Prepare achievement target reports
Oversee development in both category and channel
Build strong relationships with distributor partners
Lead Sales Supervisors in the area
About you
Bachelor's degree from any major
Minimum 3 years experience as Sales Manager in Sales Distribution or FMCG companies
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Good leadership qualities
Proficient in Ms. Office (Excel preferred)
