Area Sales Manager (Jakarta)

Job Description:

• Responsible for area sales productivity

• Responsible to monitor Bancassurance Consultant activity

• Alongside Head of Bancassurance, responsible to evaluate & develop BC's performance

• Responsible to build and maintain excellent business relationship with Bank Partner Leaders & Staff.

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.

• More than 5 years of working experience in Bancassurance Industry & 3 Years working experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader.

• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Sales - Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc) or equivalent.

• Good Communication & Presentation Skill

• Proven integrity & leadership skill

• Well understand about Bancassurance Industry Business Process

• Well understand about Life Insurance Product
