Area Sales Manager

About the role

Lead and manage store operations and sales team for CV Onedaindo Sumber Makmur across Jabodetabek, Sumatra and Sulawesi regions to achieve sales targets. Design sales strategies, analyze sales data, train and supervise daily team performance, manage operational and promotional budgets, and coordinate with planning, logistics, and warehouse departments. Build strong customer relationships, handle and analyze customer needs, process and present sales-related data, master product knowledge, and ensure store display arrangement, cleanliness and neatness.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage store and sales team across Jabodetabek, Sumatra and Sulawesi to achieve sales targets

• Design sales strategies and analyze sales data

• Train and supervise daily team performance

• Manage operational and promotional budgets

• Coordinate with planning, logistics, and warehouse departments

• Build relationships with customers and handle and analyze customer needs

• Process and present sales-related data

• Master product knowledge of CV Onedaindo Sumber Makmur products

• Ensure store display arrangement, cleanliness and neatness

About you

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in any field

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in retail fashion industry at Supervisor Sales level or equivalent ( We will not process applications from candidates without experience in the fashion industry )

• Ability in analyzing, forecasting, and targeting

• Familiar with procedural systems

• Able to work as team and individual

• Hard working with good communication, leadership, initiative and work by target
