Area Operations Manager Beauty (Surabaya/Pekanbaru)

Responsibilities:

• Managing the store team: Supervising employees, providing feedback, and training staff in the assigned area (Team Leaders, Beauty Advisors, Cashiers, and Stockers)

• Overseeing and ensuring all store operational processes run smoothly and in accordance with company standards

• Monitoring operational budgets, implementing cost‑saving measures, and mitigating operational risks

• Preparing and analyzing sales reports, inventory data, and missing-item findings

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any major

• 5+ years of experience in beauty retail, with global brand exposure

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Good in analytical data, communication skills, negotiation skills and logical thinking

• Fluent in English (writing and speaking)

• Placement at Surabaya Area or Pekanbaru (Sumatera) Area
