Requirement

1. Experience at least 5 years of actual sales experience in pesticides / crop protection products

2. Experience independently managing a region, province, or territory

3. Experience managing Sales Representatives, Promoters, or a Sales Team

4. Should show clear sales results, sales growth, or target achievement

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience working with Distributors + Retailers + Farmers

2. Experience in Demo Plots, Farmer Meetings, Field Trips, or other market activities

3. Experience in collection / accounts receivable management

4. Good knowledge of the pesticide market in the target region

5. Experience with major crops such as rice, corn, and horticultural crops

6. Experience working for agrochemical companies or strong local agrochemical companies
