Job Description :

1. Supervise, Monitor and Responsible for Clinic Operations in Area
2. Organize Doctor Scheduling and Capacity Planning
3. Drive Initiatives to Support Management Goals
4. Conduct Audit and Field Visits Regularly to Assess Clinic Status
5. Achieve Targets of Average Store Sales, Key Initiative Achievement, customer satisfaction and Ensure Sustainable Growth and Operational Excellence
 

Requirements : 

1. Must have requirement: background from Beauty or Specialty Clinic experience minimum 3 y.o.e
2. Managerial, Leadership Skills
3. Analytical and Critical Thinking
4. English and Indonesian, Local Language a plus
5. Proficient in Excel and Google Suite, Basic Statistics
