About the role

Manage 10-15 outlets and day to day operations with budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage 10-15 outlets

• Manage day to day operations with budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards

• Ensure that all outlets in the area provide good internal and external service

• Identify customer needs and proactively respond to customer needs

• Lead, recruit, train and assess talented personnel

• Set targets, KPIs, schedules, policies and procedures

• Provide two-way communication and maintain an ownership environment with an emphasis on motivation and teamwork

• Make plans and reports on sales results and operational productivity to the Operations Manager

About you

• Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major

• Minimum 5 years experience in F&B and Retail Inventory management

• Experience reading store financial reports

• Proficiency using computers and making reports

• Sales orientation

• Good communication skills

• Leadership skill

• Problem solving ability

• Decision making ability

• Time management
