Application Support

Tanggung jawab

• Conduct technical analysis of application bugs, error logs, and abnormal system behavior.
• Perform troubleshooting activities based on root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues effectively.
• Escalate issues related to coding errors or internal system problems that cannot be resolved internally to the Development Team or external vendors.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive technical reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor application logs, including server logs, middleware logs, and error logs, to ensure system stability and performance.
• Provide support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and perform pre-deployment and post-deployment system checks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage application dependencies and ensure smooth system integration.
• Create, maintain, and update technical documentation such as troubleshooting guides, system configurations, and operational procedures.
• Ensure compliance with information security standards and internal IT policies.

Persyaratan

• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and application support processes.
• Knowledge of operating systems, servers, and database management.
• Experience with application monitoring tools and log analysis.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems for incident and issue management.
• Ability to troubleshoot application-related issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Good understanding of system integration and application dependencies.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills for technical issues and system activities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, developers, and external vendors.
• Understanding of information security standards and IT governance policies.
