Job Description

1. Analyze customer requirements and identify suitable Machine Vision and Automation solutions.

2. Design, develop, and implement Machine Vision and Industrial Automation solutions according to customer needs.

3. Provide technical solutions and recommendations to customers based on their applications and requirements.

4. Accompany our Sales team for presales and after-sales activities, including technical presentations, product demonstrations, online trials, and customer meetings.

5. Conduct Proof of Concept (PoC), product demonstrations, and application trials at customer sites, trade shows, seminars, exhibitions, and other events.

6. Perform Site Survey, Installation, Configuration, Commissioning, Reporting, Training, and Troubleshooting regarding products and solutions delivered to customers.

7. Troubleshoot technical issues at customer sites and provide appropriate problem-solving and root-cause analysis.

8. Prepare technical proposals, BOM/BOQ, application concepts, specifications, test reports, and project documentation.

9. Maintain good customer relationships and act as a technical representative of ACS.
   

Technical Requirements

• Having knowledge and experience in Machine Vision, including industrial cameras, lighting, lens, triggering, image processing, OCR/OCV, barcode/2D code reading, measurement, and inspection applications is an advantage.

• Having knowledge and familiarity with PLC, HMI, sensors, actuators, industrial communication, and automation systems.

• Having knowledge of mechanical concepts related to automation systems, fixtures, conveyors, brackets, and machine integration is an advantage.

• Having knowledge of Python and/or C#/.NET programming is an advantage.

• Having knowledge of SQL/database, API, data logging, and software integration is an advantage.

• Having experience with PLC brands such as Omron, Mitsubishi, Siemens, Keyence, Delta, or similar is an advantage.

• Minimum 1 year experience in Application Engineering, Machine Vision, Industrial Automation, System Integration, or related field.

• Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, Instrumentation, Informatics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline field.
