Job Description:

• Menangani seluruh pekerjaan administrasi yang berkaitan dengan regulasi dan pendaftaran produk Kosmetik/Pangan/Suplemen pada BPOM

• Bertanggung jawab pada perizinan impor produk tersebut dan tata cara distribusinya di Indonesia

• Mengurus perizinan halal (termasuk pada inspeksi halal dan dokumen pendukung) saat diperlukan

• Menyiapkan, memeriksa, dan mengajukan seluruh perizinan yang berkaitan dengan proses bisnis melalui sistem OSS.

• Memantau dan mengikuti perkembangan regulasi serta pedoman lokal maupun internasional terkait pendaftaran dan distribusi produk.

• Bertindak sebagai PIC utama dalam pendampingan audit, inspeksi, dan sidak rutin dari BPOM (dan instansi lain yang berhubungan) serta memastikan kesiapan dokumen dan sistem

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy with an active STRA

• Good understanding of how BPOM and Halal registration flow 

• Experience min. 1 year in a similar capacity is a plus point

• Can join as soon as possible
