About the role

As a Laboratory Analyst, you will play a crucial role in conducting technical analysis and sample testing to support our advanced laboratory operations. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to research and development in the field of gas technology, with a focus on ensuring quality and accuracy of analysis results. You will work in our modern laboratory facility with international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory analysis and sample testing in accordance with established standard procedures and safety protocols
• Operate and maintain technical laboratory equipment with high precision and accurate documentation
• Record analysis results carefully and prepare comprehensive technical reports that are accountable
• Ensure quality of analysis results through internal quality control and testing methodology validation
• Collaborate with the laboratory team in developing new analysis methods and optimizing existing procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory work area and comply with occupational safety and health standards
• Document and report any anomalies or results that do not conform to established standards
• Perform periodic calibration and recalibration of laboratory equipment to ensure measurement accuracy

About you

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Chemistry or Chemical Analysis
• Fresh graduates are preferred
• Deep understanding of laboratory testing procedures, chemical analysis, and technical data interpretation
• Proficient in using standard laboratory equipment and modern analytical instruments
• Knowledge of laboratory safety standards (K3) and compliance with environmental regulations
• Good communication skills in Indonesian and technical English
• High attention to detail, discipline, and responsibility in handling sensitive data and samples
• Ability to work in a team and complete tasks with tight deadlines
• Additional experience valued: Experience with gas technology, gas analysis, or industrial laboratory
• Professional certification in laboratory science or technical analysis
