About the role

Manage operational financial recording for the MBG Program, including daily transaction recording for kitchen expenses and income, cost control for raw materials and kitchen operations, and monthly financial report preparation according to foundation and program requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage operational financial recording for the MBG Program

• Record daily transactions (kitchen expenses and income)

• Control costs for raw materials, kitchen operations, and distribution

• Prepare monthly financial reports according to foundation and program requirements

• Ensure completeness of financial documents (invoices, receipts, payment proof)

• Coordinate with kitchen team, foundation, and management

• Support audit processes and reporting to relevant parties

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 education in Accounting

• Minimum 1 year experience in accounting (fresh graduates considered)

• Understanding of basic financial recording and financial reports

• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible

• Able to operate Ms. Excel / Google Sheet

• Experience in foundations, government projects, or kitchen operations is an added value

• Willing to be placed according to location

• Preferred: experience working in MBG kitchen
