AI Engineer

About the role

Plan, organize, and manage application development activities in alignment with project targets. Develop end-to-end applications—including backend, frontend, databases, and API integrations—based on established technical designs.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, design, optimize, and manage databases to ensure performance, security, and data integrity

• Troubleshoot, identify root causes, and resolve bugs and bottlenecks affecting system performance

• Provide technical support during the application implementation and maintenance phases

• Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and stakeholder teams to resolve technical issues on both the backend and frontend

• Handle data integration and manage data pipelines using relevant data ingestion tools

• Implement and manage CI/CD processes to ensure effective and efficient application deployment

• Prepare technical documentation, project progress reports, and monthly work reports

• Support the development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Computer Vision-based solutions to meet business needs

About you

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, Software Engineer, or Application Developer

• Experience in enterprise application development and system integration

• Experience working with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies

• Proficiency in frontend development using PHP Laravel and ReactJS

• Proficiency in backend development using Flutter and NodeJS

• Proficiency in data ingestion tools: Airbyte, Kafka

• Proficiency in database management: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Oracle, Snowflake

• Understanding of AI and computer vision

• Proficiency in CI/CD and containerization platforms: Version Control (GitLab), Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes
