AI Analyst

The AI Business Analyst & Implementer is responsible for identifying business problems that can be improved using AI and turning those opportunities into practical solutions.

This role works across departments to analyse existing processes, define business requirements, coordinate development or configuration, test solutions, train users, drive adoption, and measure business results.

The role is accountable for taking AI initiatives from problem identification through successful implementation—not only producing ideas, reports, or prototypes.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and prioritize AI opportunities.

• Design practical AI solutions and workflows.

• Coordinate implementation from concept to rollout.

• Test and validate AI solutions.

• Train employees and drive adoption.

• Measure business impact and report results.

• Ensure responsible and secure AI use.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Management, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred.

• Candidates without a directly related degree may be considered if they have strong practical experience and a relevant project portfolio.

• Strong AI and Automation Knowledge.

• Practical understanding of generative AI and its business applications.

• Willing to full Work From Office (Haji Nawi, South Jakarta).
