After Sales Supervisor (BMW Tunas Bandung)

Job Description:

- Lead and manage After Sales operations including Service, Spare Parts, Warranty, and Customer Handling.

- Ensure achievement of after sales targets.

- Develop and implement after sales strategies, SOP, and continuous improvement programs.

- Analyze after sales performance reports and initiate corrective actions when needed.

- Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure effective resolution.

Job Specification:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Management, or related field.

- Minimum 5 years experience in After Sales automotive industry, with at least 2 years in managerial role.

- Strong knowledge of workshop operations, service process, spare parts management, and warranty.

- Proven leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI monitoring and reporting.

- Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills.

- Familiar with automotive dealer systems and principal standards.

- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
