Deskripsi Pekerjaan (Indicator Activity) – Affiliate Specialist

• Identify, research, and source potential affiliates using external data applications and web platforms.

• Build, organize, and maintain a comprehensive affiliate database according to corporate guidelines.

• Verify and audit sourced affiliate data to ensure it meets strict company quality benchmarks.

• Utilize Microsoft Office tools (specifically Excel) to compile, track, and report affiliate metrics.

• Formulate and execute strategic plans with affiliate partners to maximize sales conversion rates and turnover growth.

• Identify high-performing products and design effective promotional campaigns to boost affiliate productivity and sales volume.

• Analyze affiliate sales data trends to identify revenue leaks and discover new optimization opportunities.

• Act as the primary point of contact to maintain strong communication and manage day-to-day interactions with affiliate partners.

• Develop retention programs, loyalty incentives, and clear communication channels to prevent affiliate churn and strengthen partner engagement.

• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback/support to help affiliates achieve long-term growth alongside the company.

Kualifikasi – Affiliate Specialist

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Open to all education levels.

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience required.

• Open to graduates from all universities.

• Strong background in the relevant field is a primary consideration.
