Admin Marketplace

About the role

Admin E-Commerce Marketplace & Social Media role focused on managing online marketplace platforms and social media channels for a jewelry accessories company. The position involves e-commerce operations, social media management, product administration, and promotional activities across platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok.

Key responsibilities

• Manage knowledge and operations in E-Commerce/Marketplace and Social Media (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok, and others)

• Interact with consumers, answer questions or complaints, and promote company activities

• Create sales reports and recaps as needed

• Input new products to E-Commerce/Marketplace and ensure product descriptions and quality meet standards

• Research trending products and related products from competitors (titles, prices, keywords, product photo layouts)

• Update product photos and banners during marketplace events

• Execute promotional programs and branding activities (including creating product advertisements, making vouchers, entering products into marketplace events, understanding AMS)

• Apply Microsoft Office, particularly Ms. Excel (formulas/functions) and Google Sheets effectively

About you

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK equivalent, D3, or S1

• Proficient in CANVA, Ms. Excel (formulas/functions), Ms Word, and Google Sheets (preferred)

• Minimum 1 year of experience in E-Commerce & Social Media Admin role

• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Able to apply Microsoft Office, particularly Ms. Excel (formulas/functions) and Google Sheets effectively
