Accounting Tax

About the role

We are looking for a self-motivated Accounting Tax with full-set accounting experience to join our dynamic team. This role reports to an overseas Finance Manager based in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Managing the full set of accounts and maintaining accurate financial records.

• Ensuring timely month-end and year-end closings in accordance with the timeline set by HQ.

• Preparing monthly financial reports, including basic variance analysis and explanations for the Finance Manager's review.

• Guiding and supporting the Finance Assistant in daily Finance, Accounting Tax tasks.

• Ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements, including corporate income tax, VAT, import tax, withholding tax, annual audits, and other regulatory obligations.

• Coordinating with external government institution to ensure the timely filing of all tax requirements.

• Driving continuous improvements in accounting processes and internal controls to enhance compliance and operational efficiency.

• Performing other ad hoc duties as assigned.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy with 1–3 years of relevant experience.

• Proficiency in English is required.

• Experience with Accurate accounting software is highly preferred.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage high-volume data accurately.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Experience in the e-commerce industry is a very big advantage.

• Willing to work at Pergudangan 99, Kosambi, Tangerang Regency.
