About the role

Lead and manage the entire finance and accounting functions of the company, overseeing financial health, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial support to management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor transactions, including payments and collections

• Create tax invoices and send to external parties

• Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable

• Perform bank reconciliation and manage company cash flow

• Analyze and resolve accounting issues

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards (PSAK)

• Oversee cash flow and ensure company financial health

• Prepare and control budgeting and operational cost realization

• Manage tax reporting, SPT Masa & Annual reporting, and coordinate with tax consultants

• Conduct financial analysis to support management strategic decisions

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in accounting

• Understanding of accounting journals

• Knowledge of applicable accounting standards and tax regulations

• Analytical and detail-oriented capabilities

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to work collaboratively with team and manage priorities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Accounting Software

• Meticulous, careful, and able to work under pressure
