URGENT HIRING: ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records.

2. Prepare and review financial statements and accounting reports.

3. Develop internal control procedures and establish an effective accounting system.

4. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and Indonesian tax regulations.

5. Monitor financial transactions and maintain proper accounting documentation.

6. Coordinate with relevant departments to support business operations.

7. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
8. Willing to take on additional duties and responsibilities as required.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting from a reputable university.

2. Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in trading, e-commerce, or manufacturing.

3. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.

4. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

5. Experience in developing internal control procedures and establishing accounting systems/books.

6. Proficiency in accounting software such as Kledo (KD), SAP, or equivalent systems.

7. Good understanding of accounting policies and Indonesian tax regulations.

8. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

9. Detail-oriented, diligent, responsible, and a quick learner.

10. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

11. Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
