Accounting Manager

About the role

An Accounting Manager responsible for financial reporting, accounting operations, cash flow management, and leading the accounting team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the month-end and year-end closing process

• Prepare and analyse financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow)

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of bank reconciliation and General Ledger (GL) account reconciliation

• Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions

• Monitor daily cash flow and manage operational budget

• Develop and implement accounting internal control policies and systems

• Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of accounting staff and team

• Provide strategic recommendations to management regarding cost efficiency and financial opportunities

About you

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar position or as Assistant Manager / Senior Accountant

• Experience in a Public Accounting Firm (KAP) is a plus

• Proficiency in Financial Accounting Standards Statement (PSAK)

• Proficient in operating accounting software/ERP (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Accurate, or NetSuite) and advanced Microsoft Excel

• Strong analytical capability, leadership, high integrity, and effective communication
