Accounting Export Import – Mandarin Speaker

Job Requirements:

1. Fluent in Mandarin and English, both spoken and written.

2. Has experience in accounting, preferably related to export and import activities.

3. Understands export and import documents, including PIB, PEB, commercial invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading (B/L), and other customs documentation.

4. Has a good understanding of bookkeeping and financial transaction recording related to export and import activities.

5. Understands tax administration and tax reporting, including VAT (PPN) and import-related taxes.

6. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software.

7. Detail-oriented, responsible, honest, and well-organized.

8. Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with other departments.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Prepare, review, and process invoices related to export and import transactions.

2. Assist in facilitating Mandarin communication among employees and related departments.

3. Check the completeness and accuracy of export-import documents and ensure they match the relevant financial transactions.

4. Record and maintain accounting entries and bookkeeping for export-import activities.

5. Prepare financial data and supporting documents for tax reporting.

6. Handle tax administration related to export-import transactions.

7. Reconcile invoices, import-export documents, payments, and accounting records.

8. Maintain and organize accounting and export-import documentation.

9. Coordinate with the import-export team and other relevant departments to ensure accurate financial records and complete documentation.
