Accounting and Finance Supervisor

PT. Walsin Lippo Industries is a joint venture between Walsin Lihwa Corporation of Taiwan and PT Lippo Industries of Indonesia. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities are located in West Java, Indonesia.

Job Description:
1. All responsibilities related to Accounting and Finance activities in the company and reporting them to the management and headquarters.

2.Oversee cash flow, forecasting, receivables, payables, and budgeting to ensure efficiency and maintain financial health.

3. Prepare monthly and annual cost accounting, as well as manage financial planning and accounting to optimize sustained business practices.

4. Management of A/P and A/R

5. Ability as an E banking Transaction maker, Manage Bank Reconciliation and Manage company petty cash reports.

6.Month-end close activities such as reconcile Prepaid amortization, Asset depreciation and Accrual journals.

7.Prepare and provide monthly, quarterly and annual P/L, B/S and sometimes C/F as well for financial analysis of the company.

8.Coordinate financial audits and provide recommendations for procedural improvements

9.Cooperate closely with Employees & relevant sections regarding all the financial & accounting activities.

10.Prepares schedules and support for quarterly consolidated report, and year-end financial audits

11.Develop and monitor financial and accounting systems & procedures to improve compliance and minimize risks.

12.Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic insights to management for investment, expansion, and operational decisions.

13. Any other tasks related to accounting & financing such as tax issues and payroll, etc.

14. Fluent in English

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
• 5+ years’ experience as accounting & finance is mandatory, including 1–2 years in a Supervisor role.
• Experience in monthly, quarterly and annual book closing
• MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Power point)
• Experience with ERP systems
• Experience in dealing with inventory assets
• Experience in internal and external audit and even local tax authorities
• Ability to recognize, identify possible causes and resolve accounting/finance problems
• Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections
• Working knowledge of budgeting and forecasting
• Good communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to clearly communicate issues
• Must have good organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload in order to meet deadlines
• Flexible with schedule during certain periods of the year (year-end, budgeting, month-end closing)
