About the role

This is an Accounting position at Costplus Construction & Furniture, located in Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia. You will manage daily accounting transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and support financial reporting for construction projects and furniture operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow, and bank reconciliation.

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions, invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and supporting documents.

• Monitor project-related expenses, operational costs, vendor payments, and outstanding receivables.

• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements, cash flow reports, and expense summaries.

• Monitor budgets versus actual expenses for construction projects and furniture operations.

• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, supplier invoices, project costs, and inventory transactions.

• Coordinate with the procurement, project, operations, and management teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.

• Support tax administration and ensure compliance with applicable Indonesian accounting and tax regulations.

• Maintain proper filing systems for financial documents and ensure records are organized and audit-ready.

About you

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience; experience in construction, property development, furniture, or trading companies is preferred.

• Good understanding of basic accounting principles, financial reporting, and Indonesian tax administration.

• Familiarity with accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and cost tracking.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; experience with accounting software is an advantage.

• Experience handling project-based accounting, supplier payments, inventory, or construction cost control is highly preferred.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• High attention to detail, honest, proactive, and well-organized.

• Able to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.

• Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with different departments.
