Accountant Generalist

DIUBUD Coffee & Eatery Legian is urgently looking for an Accountant Generalist (Daily Worker).

Job Description

Job Description:

1. Record and maintain daily financial transactions accurately.

2. Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end closing.

3. Reconcile bank accounts, petty cash, and daily sales reports.

4. Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

5. Monitor inventory records and support stock reconciliation.

6. Assist in preparing monthly financial reports.

7. Support tax documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.

8. Maintain organized accounting records and supporting documents.

9. Coordinate with Operations, Purchasing, and other departments regarding financial matters.

10. Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2. Minimum 1 year of accounting experience; experience in the F&B, café, restaurant, or hospitality industry is preferred.

3. Fresh graduates with strong accounting knowledge are welcome to apply.

4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software.

5. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

6. Detail-oriented, analytical, honest, and highly organized.

7. Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

8. Good communication and teamwork skills.

9. Willing to work as a Daily Worker and be based in Legian, Bali.
