Account Receivable Senior Officer (Export)

Responsibilities:

Export LC management, Advance Payment & Credit control, Collection & invoice settlement, AR Reporting, Shipping & Negotiation documents.

Experience:

• Finance and Accounting especially Accounts Receivable Function, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.

• Strong hands-on experience in export documentation, L/C handling, and trade finance, ideally in a manufacturing or export-oriented MNC.

• Experience in textile, petrochemical, or polyester/chemical manufacturing is an advantage.

Technical Skills

• SAP practical knowledge is a must.

• Deep knowledge of UCP 600, Incoterms, and export documentation.

• Coordination with internal marketing and Finance teams.

• Strong MS Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, dashboards); Power BI is a plus.

• Credit risk assessment and collection management.
