Account Payable Manager

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the day-to-day management of the accounts payable team

• Responsible for timely Invoice process

• Responsible all invoices processed are accurate , correct and has complete supporting documents

• Responsible for AP Aging monitoring and maintain accurate AP Aging

• Developing, implementing, improving and enforcing policies and department controls to increase accuracy and efficiency

• Responsible for monthly account reconciliation for Major Vendors

• Continuing to improve the invoice workflow and process

   Requirements:

• Hold a Bachelor Degree or above in Accounting/ similar field

• Having minimum of 5 years experiences as ast manager accounting or with shame position

• Good analytical thinking, detail oriented, and thorough

• Excellent in Microsoft office (Excel)

• Preferable having experienced in using SAP
