Account Officer - Fleet

What You Will Do

• Proactively manage and build strong relationships with existing fleet clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our fleet services client base.

• Prepare and deliver proposals and solutions tailored to client needs.

• Negotiate and finalize contract terms with both new and existing clients.

• Monitor and report key account performance metrics.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver an excellent client experience.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies for the fleet services division.

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in account officer fleet services, especially heavy equipment in a financing company.

• Strong relationship-building and client management skills with the ability to understand and address client needs.

• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and growing client accounts.

• Understanding of fleet management solutions and services in the heavy equipment sector.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Based in Jakarta.

• Willing to travel out of town as required.
