Account Officer

About the role

This role involves achieving sales targets and account bookings, building and maintaining strong relationships with consumers, identifying new business prospects, and selling SME financing products for Moladin Finance while ensuring booking quality meets company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets (volume) and account booking according to company requirements

• Build and maintain good relationships with consumers and identify new business prospects

• Conduct sales of SME financing products for Moladin Finance

• Ensure booking quality meets company standards, including guarantor and collateral property aspects

About you

• Minimum 1 year of experience in SME or Commercial Banking

• High integrity, able to work collaboratively in a team, and accustomed to working with sales targets

• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

• Possess a motor vehicle and Class C driving license

• No criminal record
