Account Manager Internet Provider (Area Medan)

PT. Integra Kreasitama Solusindo (Integrasia), is a Internet Service Provider and System Integrator company are currently seeking an experienced Account Manager Medan area.

Job Description

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients in the Jakarta area.

• Identify business opportunities and propose tailored solutions that meet client needs.

• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Provide regular updates and reports on account performance, forecasts, and market trends.

• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issue resolution.

• Continuously monitor competitors and industry developments to stay ahead of the curve.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related.

• Min. 3 Years Experienced as Account Manager in Internet Service Provider or System Integrator

• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.

• Strong networking to drive B2B business expansion across diverse segments, including corporate, hospitality, government, industrial, and more.

• Familiarity with the Jakarta market and local business landscape Internet Service Provider or System Integrator
