Account Manager

Job Description:

Account Manager is responsible to create, develop and close business and sales opportunities, analyze the client's business operations and goals, and determine the best way to meet their needs in a timely and satisfactory manner. Develop an ongoing business relationship with customers’ managers or supervisors through all stages: pre-sales, during implementation, and maintenance to keep them satisfied. Also support in resolving any issues that might occur during the project and support thereafter. 

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management, , Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field

• Fresh graduate or 2 years of experience in B2B marketing

• Possess good communication, pitching, and negotiation skills

• Ability to resolve clients’ issue and address complaints

• Strong understanding of HRIS industry and SaaS Market

• Experienced in using CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or any other sales tools
