Account Executive Medan

Responsibility:

• Achieve targets set by the Company as planned in Order and Sales

• Creating action plans to achieve sales targets

• Conduct customer visits to make offers, follow up on supply status, ensure orders are realized, and develop a customer database

• Ensure that products are delivered on time according to the customer's order and requirements

• Build and maintain good relationships with customers

• Create sales reports

• Monitor and ensure that each customer request/response related to complaints is properly handled.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Physics, or another related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales/Marketing.

• Good business acumen, with strong communication and analytical skills.

• Strong drive, self-motivated, and highly motivated to succeed.

• High integrity and trustworthy.

• Strong understanding of customer and market requirements.

• Possess a valid Driving License A and C, and able to drive a car and motorcycle.

• Willing to be placed in Medan.
