4W Vehicle Management Specialist (Lampung)

Job Description:

• Develop maintenance plans and monitor vehicle maintenance and servicing activities for assigned 4W vehicles.

• Coordinate with insurance providers on vehicle insurance claims and ensure all required documentation is properly processed.

• Conduct periodic inspections to monitor vehicle condition, safety, and operational readiness.

• Coordinate and carry out vehicle retrieval when necessary.

• Manage and control vehicle keys, including key distribution, collection, and record keeping.

• Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and follow up on any maintenance or repair issues.

• Maintain accurate records of vehicle condition, maintenance, insurance claims, and key management.

• Coordinate with internal teams, workshops, and external vendors to ensure smooth vehicle management operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Transportation, Logistics, Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in vehicle management, fleet management, automotive, transportation, or related industries.

• Experience managing 4W vehicles is highly preferred.

• Good understanding of vehicle maintenance, servicing, and inspection processes.

• Familiar with vehicle insurance claims and documentation.

• Strong coordination and communication skills with internal teams and external vendors.

• Detail-oriented and organized, especially in managing vehicle records and documentation.

• Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.

• Willing to work in an operational environment and conduct field visits when required.
